MIRAGE

Walking alone through deserted land,

All that I could see was a sea of sand,

Travelling miles towards an endless goal

And tyring to put together body and soul,

Hot, scorching and bright in the sun,

Thirsty and exhausted I was almost done,

Suddenly came the moment of the day,

When I could see a lake far away,

I resumed the journey that I have paused,

The sight of water relieved the pain that the journey had caused,

Again I walked miles towards the lake,

And soon got to realise that all was fake,

I wondered how beautiful it was

To follow the never ending dreams like MIRAGE..!!!!!
